Clicking on the content management button will open and close the content management panel
What is content management?
Content management is a collection of features that allows a user to add, update and monitor the content in their financials.
What is the difference between an Indicator and an Indicator Control?
An indicator is used to show the status of a section within the financial statements, for example, if a note is restricted from the update process or if the note has alternate versions available in the library.
The indicator controls are used to turn the indicators on and off and to navigate between them.
How does the Indicator Controls work?
Users can turn the indicators on and off using the Show All button
or by turning the individual indicator types on and off.
Users can jump between the indicators using the next and previous buttons:
clicking on the indicator in the financials will then launch the required functionality
What does “restricted” mean?
A “restricted” section is a note or section within the financials that has been protected from the update process. This means that so long as this section remains in a “restricted” state it will NEVER be updated.
What does “non-library” mean?
“Non-library” refers to custom content that does not exist in the knowledge library. This means that this content will never be updated or modified by an update process and only exists in that copy of the annual financial statement
What does “alternates” mean?
The “alternates” indicator notifies the user that there are alternate versions of the note or section available in the library. This could mean that different layouts can be selected or different functionality can be selected; for example the related party note can either have the values inputted manually or imported from an Excel worksheet.
Where has the super insert gone?
The super insert has been moved to the content management panel.
